1.  Download spreadsheet (2.7Mb), or zip (950Kb) of spreadsheet, and save into a folder, for example C:\Program Files\RMS.  Excel 2007 Version (1.1Mb)

2.   Download database RMS_be.mdb (1.7Mb), or zip (195Kb) of database and save into the same folder, C:\Program Files\RMS. 

3.  Download program code RMS.mdb (10.5Mb), or zip (4.9Mb) of same file and save into the same folder, C:\Program Files\RMS. 

4.  If you like the system either wait until 11 months has expired and Contact Peter McLennan (Peter.J.McLennan@Gmail.com) to organise to pay for the full system, or pay as soon as you are ready.  The system will cease to work 365 days from first use, unless you recieve an upgrade key from Peter McLennan.  Once you pay for the system, the help calls are enabled, and the spreadsheet will be sent to you in unlocked mode.

 Start System

1. Allow Macros to run, otherwise nothing will work.  If you are prompted click "Enable Macros"



2. RMS_BE.mdb contains data, RMS.mdb contains the VBA code to run the application.  You must have Microsoft Access 2003 or higher installed.

3. Create one Directory C:\Program Files\RMS\Riders and copy in any *.jpg files of your members in the format of FirstName Surname IE ("Peter McLennan.jpg").  Not mandatory, but you will be able to match riders names with faces and it make a very nice feature for club members.

4. Open "System Properties" tab on the main screen found in RMS.mdb.  read the descriptions of the properties and change the appropriate values.  You will need to do this to send emails to the correct newspaper, and news groups such as google groups.  For sending email you will need Microsoft Outlook.
